A brewery probably isn’t a place you associate with a wedding but for Lindsay and Phil this alternative Yorkshire wedding venue was perfect. Lindsay was definitely a laid back bride. They wanted their wedding to be relaxed and fun, so Ossett Brewery was a great choice. The brewery allowed for an outdoor ceremony and the Ossett taproom was styled beautiful by Oakleaf Wedding and Events. The pop of colour from the candles and ribbons to the gorgeous floral arrangements by Walter and Blossom transformed the taproom and achieved Lindsay and Phil’s goal of a colourful wedding. Yellow was the themed colour running throughout the wedding, check out Lindsay’s bridal shoes by Dolce and Gabbana. A clever splash of colour to her amazing Eliza Jane Howell wedding dress. Oh and also check out that amazing wedding cake by Hannah’s Kitchen Leeds.
I met the boys enjoying a pre wedding pint at the Brewery Pride with Echo (an important guest at their wedding) Echo, their American bulldog, stole the show a little bit. She was the ring bearer and did a great job walking down the aisle to deliver the rings. I’m always a massive fan of dogs at weddings, and this alternative Yorkshire wedding venue is more than suitable for dogs to enjoy the day too.
Here’s a little sneak peek of Lindsay and Phil’s colourful wedding at Ossett brewery.
