Skipton, North Yorkshire engagement photography
Hannah and Tony opted for their engagement photos in Skipton Woodland Trust. We met on a pleasant February Saturday morning and took a walk down the Skipton Castle towpath into the woods. I already heard from Hannah that Tony really didn’t enjoy having his photo taken, (I think she’s described him as awkward… her words, not mine) which is why they both agreed this engagement photoshoot was a good idea. I approach every photoshoot with a fresh perspective and a commitment to capturing authentic moments that reflect the personalities and relationships of couples, so walking around Skipton wood with a few gentle directions worked well for Hannah and Tony.
A photoshoot at Skipton Woodland Trust does offer some great backdrops and I love that it changes with the season. We captured some fun playful shots too and they were both great in front of the camera. This session isn’t all about the photography. I like to take this time to get to know my couples, listen to their wedding vision, and tailor my services to their specific needs and preferences.
Hannah and Tony will be getting married at the Devonshire Arms in Bolton Abbey this weekend. Oh it’s going to be good and it’s going to be a sizzler!!
If you’re in the wedding planning stages and looking for a Yorkshire wedding photographer, I’d love to hear from you.
