Recently it’s been a struggle to find a dry day for a photoshoot. For Michael and Megan engagement photos, we were originally planning on a golden hour session, but the forecast has been terrible, and for a golden hour photoshoot, the sun shining is vital. We decided to change to a day session on a dry forecasted morning. We met at the breathtaking Surprise View, nestled within the scenic expanse of the Otley Chevin.
Megan and Michael, although initially apprehensive about being in front of the camera, but soon found themselves at ease during their engagement photoshoot. It's common for couples to feel a bit nervous about having their photos taken, which is one of the reasons why I offer an engagement photoshoot as part of my wedding photography packages. After just a few moments, Megan and Michael realised the session was't as intimidating as they had thought, and they both displayed a natural ease and grace that shone through in the photos.
Michael and Megan are busy putting the finishing touches to planning their Spring wedding at Falcon Manon in Settle. I absolutely love weddings at the Falcon Manor, it has to be up there with my favourite North Yorkshire wedding venues.
It was truly delightful to spend time with this lovely couple, capturing numerous sweet moments during their pre-wedding shoot at the Otley Chevin. I can’t wait to document their upcoming wedding at the Falcon Manor this spring!
